Visual meditation is when you are using your eyes to gently gaze at an object, a collection of objects, moving or still, or looking out at or focusing on nature as a visual meditation tool.
I created this series of visual meditations for you to explore which works best for your meditation practice. Spend 1 to 3 minutes gazing at the objects in each video.
