Welcome!

Truly Living You Group Coaching is a 4 week program + one final gathering & celebration.

Program dates:  March 3 – April 6, 2019

What to Expect

March 3, 10, 17, 24:  Weekly Emails

Sunday mornings, you’ll get an email with coaching content to help you take comfortable baby steps forward in the program.

You’ll also get trainings in intuition development, manifesting, and meditation for guidance and stress management over the course of these 4 weeks to help you on your quest for change.  Supportive materials may include pdfs, videos, audio, guided meditation, mini-courses to give you the tools you’ll need for maximum results.

March 9, 16, 23, 30:  Weekly Live Gatherings for Q&A and Coaching

Saturdays at 10:30 am PST (Pacific), we’ll meet Live on Zoom for questions and laser coaching.  You can send your questions to me in advance and listen to the replay for my responses if you can’t attend Live.  To get the most out of this program, attend Live, so you have access to me one-on-one in the group.

Anytime During The Program

Come to the private Facebook group to share your experiences, questions, inspiration, thoughts, and be encouraged by our community.  I’ll be in the Facebook group on Tuesdays and Thursdays to answer questions.
