Day 1  Discover Your Discontent & Desires

Today is the day you deep-dive into your feelings about You and your life. It’s a feelings first approach to excavating your truth and desires. Once you’ve taken the steps to consider your current life, what’s working and not working, you’ll be more clear about what you would like to change. And then you’ll work with your heart and soul to imagine what your life will be like, having created what you desire, one year from now to engage manifesting and the law of attraction!

Day 1 Actionable Steps

Using your pdf or a journal, create a list of what’s not working in your life. Pay attention to the feelings you experience as you write each item on the list. These feelings will be guide-posts for you later as you begin to make new choices on what to include and exclude from your life.

Next, write down everything that is working in your life. And, again, pay attention to the feelings you experience as you recall the things in your life that you are happy about and wouldn’t change. Write your feelings down so you can use them as guide-posts later.

Spend time thinking or day-dreaming about what your life will be like after creating one you love. Record what you see in the future with your imagination as your start point and your intuition as your guide.


Day 2  Inside Out!  Trusting Your Decisions

Today, you’re going to learn how to listen to heart and allow it to guide you, with your intuition, to gain confidence in your ability to trust yourself and the decisions you make as you create your own happiness. You’ll also explore what needs to be released or what you need to let go of in your life to get what you really want now.

Day 2 Actionable Steps

Use your pdf or journal to record your thoughts.

Now that you’ve identified what you want to change in order to create a life you love, describe the best and worst-case scenarios you can imagine after having done it.

Identify what and when you experienced a shift, a decision, and a commitment to creating a life you love.

What are the first steps you will need to take to move forward and toward forward creating a life you love.

Check in with your head, heart and spirit about your next step. What do they say?

List all the small steps you will be taking to get you what you desire.


Day 3  Create A Life You Love Leap!

Today’s the day you take the big leap forward in creating a life you love by stepping into your power as a change-maker and taking an actionable step forward.

You know what you need to do now to get your life in alignment with your desires and out of alignment with your discontent. You’ve identified your fears and so that’s taken care of. You’ve let go of something that needs to be released in order to be free to create new happiness. Now it’s time to leap into your new life by taking a step or two forward from the list you created yesterday.


Day 4  Refinements & Adjustments

Today, you’ll ask yourself a very important question: “Do I still want what I said I wanted in Day !?

If the answer is yes, you are on your way! If you hesitated, it’s time to reconsider what you really want, make adjustments, and then get back on track with the next actionable step. Nothing is written in stone, you can always make adjustments. The key is to not be afraid to change your mind a lot or a little, but rather keep moving forward choice-by-choice with a step forward.

Day 4 Actionable Steps

List any fears that may have creeped in since you’ve taken a leap to create a life you love.

Be honest with yourself! Do you still want what you said you wanted in Day 1 or do you want to make a change? Decide if you are in alignment with your truth or if you need to make a change. If you need to make a change, now is the time to think that through so you can recommit to yourself and take the next step forward.

Make a commitment to yourself by writing it down and breaking it down into actionable steps with dates!


Day 5  Truly Living You!

Today, you’re going to learn about the law of attraction, and how to create your Truly Living You Blueprint, so you have a masterplan to work with as you continue creating a life you love daily beyond this Challenge.

Imagine that you already have what you desire, and you’ve created a life you love. Write the answers to these questions.

How are you different? What changes have you made? How are your priorities different? How do you care for yourself and demonstrate self love now? What decisions do you not need to make anymore? How do you spend your time now that you have a life you love? What do you spend your time on? What do you not spend your time on anymore? How did you do it? How did you create a life you love?

The answer to the questions above will serve as your Truly Living You Blueprint and help you identify the path forward over the next year as you continue to take actionable steps to create your own happiness and experience contentment and pleasure.
